Graduation Transitions
Graduation Transitions is a mandatory course that you must complete to graduate. All the information you need to complete GT is available on this website. Print out the Graduation Transition Checklist first to ensure you complete all the areas. You may use either the form that has space to fill out the questions (see those for each section labeled form) or print out the regular assignment and type it up in your own format.
