Information night; Find out more about the program, meet students, staff, and
the coordinator, ask questions and pick up the Byng Arts Application package
if you have not already done so. Space is extremely limited. It would be appreciated if only a single parent representative and the applicant attend. Please note: Parents and applicants will attend separate presentations. |

Current Grade 7 students
applying for all mini-school programs (including Byng Arts) - Mandatory VSB test registration begins
online. Go to the VSB website www.vsb.bc.ca
to register. This must be done in addition to applying to Byng Arts (see
below). Your test site information will be emailed to you prior to the test. Lord Byng will not be able to provide this information. |

offer a Math placement exam for those wishing to be considered for enriched
Math 8 - register when you fill in your enrollment

Students with French
Immersion will be placed in an upper level junior French Class (French 11) no
placement exam is required. |

Grade 7 Afternoon Visit 1 to

Secondary provides an optional afternoon tour and orientation for all new
students entering Grade 8. |
